We at the NF Network care for your health and well-being, and we hope you are staying safe and healthy during this extended time of physical isolation due to the pandemic. In spite of the challenges of 2020, we are still working to enhance the quality of life of those living with NF. 

The NF Network is still here serving the NF community, and it is all because of you. THANK YOU! In February, before the pandemic, nearly 100 advocates joined the NF Network Advocacy Program in Washington D.C. to educate Congress on the importance of securing federal funding for neurofibromatosis research. Our 94 advocates came together as our largest NF Network Advocacy group to date! As the NF Network pivoted to a virtual world, the spring and summer months brought online coffee chats, new #NFStrong at Home events, and NF Hope Concert Live Streams that connected us with new NF families and individuals from all across the country and around the world. Over the course of 2020, the NF Network touched the lives of over 1,600 individuals affected by neurofibromatosis.

Your support on Giving Tuesday, December 1^st, and throughout the end of the year will help ensure that we will still be here when the next NF family calls.

In 2019, you helped us go above and beyond our original goal of $10,000 by raising $23,859.40. This allowed us to help hundreds of newly diagnosed NF families and individuals by providing them educational material, referrals to NF clinics and specialists, and connecting them with other local support.

Amidst the challenges of 2020, our goal remains the same – to raise $10,000 by the end of the year to be ready to serve the 1,600 new families that will receive their diagnosis of NF in 2021. During this time of uncertainty, you have continued to support the NF Network and helped ensure families in our NF communities are able to receive the support we offer. YOUR commitment has made a difference in the lives of thousands.

We need your help now more than ever. Together, we can continue making a difference in the lives of new NF families that reach out for help in 2021. We THANK YOU for ensuring our future and allowing us to continue providing essential programs and resources to our NF community.

Despite what this year has thrown at us, we have continued to find joy, light, and hope in many ways and have continued to grow as a result.
