Join the NF Network and NF California for our next free webinar, "ADHD, Learning Differences, and Autism in NF1," featuring our speaker, Dr. Tamar Green of Stanford University. Dr. Green is a physician-scientist and a child psychiatrist who works primarily with children with known genetic conditions and “neurogenetic syndromes” such as Noonan syndrome and other Rasopathies. Her presentation will focus on neurodevelopmental conditions such as attention deficit hyperactive disorder (ADHD), learning differences, and autism spectrum disorder in neurofibromatosis type-1 (NF1) and other Rasopathies. Dr. Green will cover the presentation of these conditions in the context of NF1, findings from recent studies in NF1, the approach to treatment at school and in the home, and medications.

Dr. Green gained her training as a child psychiatrist at Tel Aviv University in Israel. She has completed a postdoctoral research fellow in neuroscience at the Center for Interdisciplinary Brain Sciences Research at the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Stanford University. Currently, she is an Assistant Professor at the department. In her spare time, she likes to swim, eat, and spend time with her three children.
